Videography Planning Timeline

Two to six months prior to your wedding date

• Reserve your wedding date with Coverall Productions by calling 888.292.9965.
• Meet with Coverall Productions to discuss wedding details and your vision of your wedding video.
• Select a Wedding Day Package and additional features.
• Sign "Work Order" outlining the terms and conditions of your wedding videography.
• Non-refundable $300 deposit is due at the signing of the Work Order.
• Film Save the Date online video invitation.

Two months prior to wedding date

• Provide pictures and video footage for love story montage.
• Pictures must be provided on disk or a fee will be charged for scanning pictures. Pictures should be saved on the disk in the order in which your want them to appear in the video or chronological order.
• Schedule pre-wedding bride and groom interviews as a bonus feature.
• Schedule pre-wedding family interviews as a bonus feature.
• Draft payment (50% of remaining balance) is due.

One month prior to wedding date

• Film pre-wedding bride and groom interviews.
• Film pre-wedding family interviews.
• Notify us of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner date, time and location for filming of this bonus feature.

Approximately 6 weeks after the wedding date

• Confirm new mailing address to receive your wedding video!
• Provide pictures for your honeymoon photo montage.
• Final payment due.
